BEYOND PRODIGAL
Beyond Prodigal is one way our church loves our community with service opportunities, using our time, talents, and resources, to meet needs and continue sharing the love of Jesus beyond our gatherings on Sunday.
NEXT PROJECT-
Beyond Prodigal is partnering with Bullard High School’s Food Pantry for their January food distribution. We need 20 volunteers to help make this effort a success and serve our Bullard area neighbors. This BHS student-founded event provides free, shelf-stable food and fresh produce to 300 families on the first Saturday of each month.
Who can serve: All ages welcome! There are 20 Prodigal volunteer spots available. Please register today so we have a good headcount.
When: January 3rd, 2026
9am - 12:30pm
Where: Bullard High School: South Parking Lot off of Barstow
What to expect:
9am: Sort and prep the food delivery
10am: Open gates for drive-thru distribution (we will load items into trunks)
11:30am-12:30pm: Clean up
Dress code: Comfy work clothes
If you or someone you know would benefit from this free food distribution, please invite them to come through the drive-thru line. Bullard Food Pantry is held on the 1st Saturday of the month, starting in October. No Bullard affiliation or identification required to receive food.
